Family Fun Run

Age Group: Children,Teens,Adults The one-mile Family Fun Run is a great chance to come together as a family and teach your kidsthe importance of health, fitness and literacy. Race to the finish at your own pace — running or walking. Participants receive an official race number at the beginning and a book at the end. Michael’s Kids Club® Camp Creativity: Woodland Forest

Disney’s The Little Mermaid

Just look at the world around you — such wonderful things surround you — what more is ya lookin’ for?” Indeed — life under the sea is a magical kingdom. Yet, despite the wonders of the sea floor, the beautiful young mermaid Ariel still longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. She bargains with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her mermaid tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends Flounder, Scuttle and Sebastian to restore order.

Based on the world-renowned “Peanuts” comic strip, SNOOPY!!! will delight audiences of all ages with its familiar characters and toe-tapping songs. Day in and day out, Snoopy looks upon the world from atop his doghouse. But this precocious pooch wants to kick up his paws and dance, go to school, write the world’s greatest novel…and much, much more! Tickets are $15.

      Thanks for sharing! Do you think it is a child-friendly event or one children will enjoy? We did see the museum was hosting the event, but usually try to center our weekend events towards those geared towards children. We’d love your take on it, especially if you’ve seen the show.
